A policeman from Toronto who beats up a Somalian refugee was put to jail, the weird part is when the president of the Toronto police association says the punishment for the cop was too much. The cop gets caught on camera beating the guy, the guy didn't defend himself and they were going to deport the victim, somebody explain it to me.
