Some of the supposed users where: Peachy21, peachykeen, p00ter, mimixox, lydiakhallo, lxLeahxl and many others. None of these match with the ones koolaidguy claimed to create but they have some similarities.
Luckily within minutes of their appearance an On-Line digg task force, can't think of a better description, took care of such users and their posts, it seems like digg would hire some personnel for this job in the near future so keep your resumes ready if you are interested ;).
