Portable USB drive boots PCs into Mandriva

Hard drive vendor LaCie has teamed up with Mandriva on a bus-powered USB 2.0 harddrive preloaded with desktop Linux. The "GlobeTrotter" boots Mandriva Linux LE 2005.
