HP Issues ROM Update for iPaq rx195x Series

HP iPaq rx1950 and rx1955 users have been hungry for an update that addresses some of the issues that Windows Mobile 5 was released with. HP has posted a new ROM for those devices that will hopefully make things run smoother.
