Early reports online tell us that the Wii is hitting high marks with consumers who have managed to snap one up on launch day and soon after. With four times as many consoles on sale at launch, the Wii may well have sold out, but there are, according to NexGenWars, over 563,000 Wii’s out there to the PS3’s 317,000 consoles sold.
