I love the retro aesthetic of the enclosure, it also has something to do with the medium video and the submedium video glitch. I found 8 of the same, new enclosure for very little money! Its hard to find your material nowadays. Especially potentiometers, orignal switches, or any moving somponents. Circuit bending is becoming a expensive practice.
