New Software Uses Images of Keys to Make Copies: Scientific American: "The Sneakey system let researchers duplicate keys from photographs taken from as far away as 200 feet (61 meters) using a high-powered telephoto lens. This demonstration was done to show that a motivated attacker can covertly steal a victim's keys without fear of detection."
