James Cameron's 3-D camera gets bumped from Mars flight: "Filmmaker James Cameron had been building a 3-D camera for Mars rover Curiosity, but for this mission we won't be needing the 3-D glasses.

NASA said Friday it was dropping the 3-D camera from the $2.5 billion Curiosity mission."
