This becomes increasingly apparent when aircraft servicing is stretched to the limit or if an airline or company decides to outsource the maintenance job to a less than capable firm. Which is why I carefully choose the airline whose business I will solicit based on its perceived and actual maintenance record, aside from the other important things like pilot training, etc.
